looking at those worlds i do think a bart/mont team just kills zack N1? he knows them the best and was reasonably suspicious of both D1 so it seems like the obvious kill for that team and i don’t think a team of mont/bart was positioned well enough N1 to kill rask

i largely agree with ender's post about the iawy vibe tell with zack. i'm not really compelled much by any of his posting today. i think the post after hally's AtE declaring he doesn't see anything wrong with sunbae's posts about hally feels kinda wolfy/happy to let it slide by without resolving any of the conflict from it.

i started getting spooky feelings aobut him yesterday when (and i say this hypocritcailly, because i know i declared myself not villagery) i started to end up in the middle of people's null to wolfy lists and zack had me in the same spot as monty e.g. null and if i remember right, this was even before monty had re-engaged the thread and was still on 2-posts

Rask didn't really have serious sus on anyone besides hally afaict. He mentioned punting monty (that benneh quoted but I swear to god I was literlaly looking at that post right before he posted it ITT just to make me look bad and lazy ) but didn't seem that confident in it, and when he said he would "have words" with ender if vulgard was town, from the context it seemed clearly meant in the sense of thinking Ender was a villa who saved wolf Hally.

Hally talking so much about the rask kill and spinning how it could point to other people I think actually comes back around to being villagy? If I was w/w with hally and we killed rask n1, and she kept going on about the rask kill I would tell her to stfu about it in wolfchat

One thing I find interesting is ime benneh and sunbae tended to find each other well as v/v (including when it was definitely not clear to me), and benneh has sunbae as a top villa but the opposite isn't true (or is at least a lot more murky).

I'm kinda tempted to take Rask's read on Barto and run with it, given it wasn't a terrible point in the first place and why would Barto kill him (yes yes there are two wolves i know), but part of this is undeniably I would just feel bad if in my first game playing with Takh again in a long time I mislunched him again.

either there's one in benneh/hally (or two? eh), I'm getting worked over by sunbae and/or bladescape, or it's monty/barto which meh.

only reason i bothered posting this is because a) idt what you said is true but also b) that feels like an incredibly weak reason to wolf read me? you have never been one (in the few non-turbos we've had) to shy away from espousing your doubts about me when v/v so i'm kinda confused as to why you're using the fact that sunbae doesn't clear me asa crutch to slide me down here?

I didn't say I wolf read you for it? it's based on a small sample size (of my personal experience) and was just something I've been mulling over in the back of my mind

I don't really find anyone particularly wolfy in a way that jumps out other than Monty (already gone over this and he hasn't posted anything since) and maybe Barto, who hasn't posted yet today and not much to say there. That doesn't feel like the team so I'm probably wrong somewhere and won't have the time to go deeper into it today (irl today not day 2)

My read on you is pretty much just "the reason I lightly townread benneh day 1 is too light for day 2 and I generally don't find you to be notably villagy or wolfy at present"

I usually get my most confident there during eods but 1) that eod didn't really have much going on as it was clear vulgard was going down from what i can tell and 2) i wasnt actually around so any vibe stuff that pops out kinda gets lost in translation. My current take is "could be a wolf, not top couple of suspects" and "if he's a wolf he hasn't tried to like, go out of his way to pocket me even when I was floating ideas of him being a wolf while also not trying to discredit or get me killed". If I try to read the eod from a "neb is a wolf doing XYZ" perspective I think it would have to be in a Hally v world because I didn't get the sense of any concern/urgency (which Hally clearly had so if it was w/w I think their two views of the gamestate weren't really on the same page). I also have this, uh, potentially bad idea in my head that the half ass "meh i think this is wrong but whatcha gonna do" is in this weird middle ground where it's not really attempting to look good for the next day because it's so weakly said and it's not really trying to line anything up for post flip that gets carried over to today? That might be too narrow of a read but it's what came to me and why I asked Neb about that post.

i regret not cfd’ing barto or mont D1 (probably bart) because down the stretch i did get cold feet on vul after my initial wave of “WOLFY VOTE DIE” passed over me but tbh i didn’t want to destabilize vul’s wagon at EoD because i was worried that it would lead to me going over

i wish i had just went for it though because i think vul would have made himself more readable with time and anything would be better than El Barto (0)

I'm going to take a moment to just flesh out thoughts here:

- There are 7 of us left and I think I can remove quite a few w/w pairings. I don't think Benneh/Hally, Benneh/Zack, Ender/Hally, Ender/Zack, Hally/Barto, Hally/Mont, or Mont/Zack work.

Leaves me with Barto/Benneh, Barto/Ender, Barto/Mont, Barto/Zack, Benneh/Ender, Benneh/Mont, Ender/Mont, Hally/Zack

- Of these pairs, the ones I can see things as "possibly w/w" instead of just "not not w/w" if that makes sense are:

Barto/Benneh: Barto's fixation on Benneh vanity wagon while villagers are going at each other throughout the day + Benneh's calling it out near eod while the clock is winding down.

Barto/Ender: Ender has a few small defenses of Barto in relation to wolf pushes, like while Vulgard is getting wagoned and the thread thinks he's a wolf, saying "don't think vulgard/barto are w/w" as well as adding him to the no blast zone today.

Barto/Mont: The way Mont calls Barto's opening wolfy and but then uses it to try and vote me for Barto's way he talked to me and shade Zack for not catching that Barto is iffy already.

Hally/Zack: The way Hally has shifted from defending Zack to Ender (in relation to Neb) to shading Zack once Neb came in being concerned about Zack too and the way Zack didn't really want to engage me for a bit on Hally early.



- Using peoples posts in isolation, I don't think Ender is a wolf. I don't really thiiiink benneh is one either (talked about that a bit ago). I'm also not really sure I have Hally as a wolf (have talked about this a lot).

I think I want to just call the wolf team Mont/Barto

That Barto opening is a bit iffy for the way it lays into the RP. Especially in tension with:



A new player wouldn't talk like that.

Could be Bart-Sunbae.

But on the other hand, Zack hasn't commented on these issues with Barto, and he usually catches him quick, so it could be Barto-Zack.

But I haven't played a mini in 10 years, so I could be wrong.

This is the post I was talking about. Think I villa read it initially for seeming like a real solve approach (like trying to take it from point a to point b to point c) but I think now it's just acknowledging a wolfy post and then trying to call out others from it

Why doesn't that feel like the team to you? I think I feel ok about it being the team with the approach day 1 from both of them, other peoples posting, and the way they interacted with each other (at least in the mont->barto direction)
