re skimming visor ISO i mayyy have been a bit too generous there. he is fine but objectively there isnt really that much villagery

ender has a GAP between the confidence in his reads vs his reasoning for it that is pinging me a bit


the good news is that I feel cape has good odds of just being a wolf atp, the bad news is that it's prob gonna be a bit hard to find the other 2

if he's a wolf, why would wolves be trying to defend him? his wagon was already stale and other interactions were going down that weren't pertaining to him

wolves don't always outright defend but they often will subtly defend and I'm not even seeing that

regardless of whether he's a wolf or a villager, he's being tossed aside here

i can see the argument dya is going at "nobody is defending cape" -> "wolves are not defending cape" -> "wolves dont care if cape dies" -> "cape is town"

i dont know if i quite agree with it in this case because its honestly felt like a foregone conclusion all day (and achro kinda is defending cape is is LOCK MAFIA since he cant post (ok if it isnt obvious i dont rly wolfread him much anymore))

its kinda like c4 in my last game where he kinda just had one defender at all (ara) defending him for the sole reason that "he was probably going to get d1ed in this list regardless of alignment" altho i think that'd describe taffy this game more than cape like. sometimes that player can still just be a wolf and capes posting isnt great, ive definitely seen cape be pretty villagery and get mislunched but idt this game is rly one of them. there's a few names floating in my head i could see voting today but meh, it feels like the Right Vote to me rn

As for Taffy first off way to shade my town sorting process, but also most would agree with the process I use to sort townirs being as you described so fair.

Anyway I don't know taffy's meta but to explain I think generally it is very town indicative to look for gotchas like Taffy did with me. I feel it is more likely villagers look at past games AND also villagers don't really consider the results before cherrypicking data. Taffy got my post count right and said 'how are you going to struggle to solve?' And didn't stop to ask if I was a wolf. Or I'd town killed any wolves. Or if I posted the last day for their posts per day to be accurate. Felt very cute and town to me.

Now if this is stuff Taffy does all the time as a wolf someone will have to let me know.

im going with my gut mostly for this d1

but im just not buying most / any of his reads. doesn't exactly feel like a perspective i'd have if i were to be wagonned in a game of this caliber

if you want a particular bad point, i kinda don't like that he seems to give people voting him leeway and focusing on people that are not stating much about him / semi-defending him, like he called out benneh for saying he was ~fine and mostly a guess. feels like a perspective a wolf would hold because they'll justify to themselves being wolfy (so they can't call out people voting them) and he had quite a lot of commentary imo

idk, he's in a game with good villagers, and he isn't calling anyone voting him out?

he feels too chill about it in a way that i can't really justify

I prefer to think of it as inquiring and looking for actual answers to that question but anyway ender and I are masons now. Sorry not sorry.

Townreading both you and me and low-posting Winston would be very weird positioning for a wolf regardless of any of our alignments.

Personally if I were in Katie's position as a town slot I woukd be a bit curious why SK and I both as wolves but voted Taffy and along with that didn't make any comment about our pairing being unlikely.

The fact katze thinks of that in relationship to Taffy intuitively but Keith in a big wall doesn't think about it at all along with the fact that walls are pretty easy makes me start to think more than they were just faking their thoughts. Would love to hear Keith's thoughts on the matter though.

This is a good point that I missed when reading SK's wall. However, that kind of inconsistency is more towny than wolfy imo bc wolves strive to construct their reads logically so people accept them more.

i dont think I'm wrong in saying we don't tend to read each other well, particularly in early game. I also don't think I'm wrong to say we clash rather often.

See, I've lost another post I had multi-quoted, bc I had definitely quoted one of the VCs. I think Benneh and SK's votes on me come from a towny perspective, but I'm going to give Benneh more townpoints bc SK did the inherently wolfy "drop a good catch-up then dip" thing.

Contrary to that, I think it's a bit wolfy for Visor and Dyachei to agree with the reasoning for voting me but not doing so for ~sentimental? reasons, it looks like they have tmi about me being town.


Winston has to stay neutral, I think he could have easily made all posts I've read as either alignment.
