What specifucally did you like about visor case?

That the read was 100% the opposite of mine (I was considering Suibian the least probable bus earlier D3). It was to be considered since he is villa

Just it added up with what Ender was saying at EOD, and what Suibian was pushing me for at EOD too.

@Suibian: there isnt more than that really. Was chilling and started rethinking my vote after Enders last posts. It was more a panic feel I was maybe wrong in that tie voting Cape than anything else.

Gotta say i am leaning toward a Cape vote rn maybe. Purely because it feels like wolf!Suibian just played wifom and I dont feel like it.

Ill drive 5 hours and think about it friendos. Then prolly reread D3 and cast a vote.

imo sleep play this game is the kind of play where its more likely villagers fall for the "would they really post like this as a wolf" logic and get paranoid about them actually being a wolf while the wolf knows they are a wolf so doesnt give them the benefit of the doubt

yeah it doesn't really make sense to me why they defended sleep (as either alignment tbh), (i guess as a villager they genuinely believed they wouldn't play a lower effort game as a wolf, as a wolf they did it to stand out as obv not aligned (ii.e. why would you do that as a wolf in that situation when you bussed barto))

COming back to your earlier post Ladd, hopefully it will help you solving me:

contrary to what you said Suibian wasn't my top villa read as you make it sound, I was rather trying to gauge for deep wolf possibility most of D3 (first Jan, later Suibian). Because as stated that day with a consensus POE of Sleep/Cape/me, I knew there would be one if it wasn't exactly Sleep/Cape (and if I count this right, 3MLs looses us the game, so since I am villa, I was trying to solve outside that POE)

Fwiw Jan, these posts have nothing to do with yours. Because it doesn't work like this. I don't have to meet your expectations about what is a villager. If you are one, it's your job to find me. But I am more and more convinced you aren't one anyway so moot point I guess.

One thing I wanna say before backreading is that I didn't like Suibian reaction to Visor push. I can certainly relate since I have been sussed since game start and it's really annoying but iirc, it was just the second time (anyone corrects me here if I am wrong) someone dared to say Suibian might not be a villager and she eructed both times. Not sure that's AI, because I don't know her and it could be a lot of things, but felt like mentionning it. (because both time it was noticable).

This is me posting about a ping I had about SUibian that noone talked about. Trying to get reactions.

This is me stating my position on the slot at the time (I had already made a post about it since I checked that EOD1 to see if what SUibian was saying - ie Jan convinced her Wisdom wasn't a good vote D1 - was real, since I wasn't around for EOD1). I specifically said that I'd consider Visor's read because I trust him as a good villager (might be my mistake tbh )

What's your current read on Suibian? NGL the bold part made me giggle.

This is Ender's post that was the catallyst of my (unvalid) vote switch. All the stuff that I had in mind suddenly went in order, and SUibian/SLeep was then the most sensible world there was for me at this time, so I tryed to flip wagons.


All this to say SUibian has been an ongoing solving for most of that EOD, and wasn't certainly a top villa read to start with.

Now that this has been said, I have found nothing to clear Cape either, as I have stated most of D3. I will be rereading it now to make my mind about this dome.

I agree with Visor though, with 2 MLs allowed and only 2, if we fail today, tmr should be reevalution day, not just going through the current POE. Let's hope we nail the final wolf today though.

Why torn if you were clearly leaning cape wolf over sleep?

As I was catching up I had pretty much decided I was going to vote Rask yesterday due to how strongly syn was pushing it, his read changes feeling off and my regret from not doing it the day before. But by the time I caught up he was no longer a wagon and it was between cape/sleep with me breaking the tie which made me feel more pressure to get it right. I did consider that regardless of sleep’s alignment maybe I should vote there anyway because he’d clearly given up, would be too busy to play the next day to turn around suspicion and maybe I was wrong. I did wonder if perhaps I was trying too hard to make him town when I shouldn’t be. If my reasons were dumb or if I was dinging my heels in because I was feeling a bit contrarian considering some of the case was based on us being partners. In that case then I shouldn’t hijack the day and not vote him for those dumb reasons, but then I thought about his post yesterday where he complained about getting tunneled a lot for dumb reasons, and I remembered that when I was reading through his forum posts to see if he was gira, it looked like he didn’t have a good time in his last game here, so then that made me feel bad and not want to vote him again.

In the midst of me considering that maybe it would be better game wise to vote him, cape was posting so weirdly. While I did think he was more likely to be scum, he did have some townie sounding posts, which was also fueling my “maybe I should go ahead and vote gira” thoughts. I wondered if he was scum against town or partner and didn’t know what to do so was throwing a bunch of posts to make it look like he was doing something. I didn’t know what to make of it and it made a mess of what I was trying to decide there.

As far as why I lacked paranoia on him this game? I have been able to get to a mostly town read on him based on his thoughts and reads before. And my paranoia on him stems from how capable I consider him to be as scum. The games that I’ve gotten paranoid of him isn’t because he looks scummy for the most part. It stems from me thinking I’m being snowed. The game I had an innocent on him and thought he could be a godfather stemmed in part from a jackass who fake claimed masons with scum and a push that I thought could be scum motivated. So my paranoia is usually when he’s playing well and I worry he’s going deep. Here it was all because I know he can play well as scum that I thought even if busy, he’d be able to make minimal effort as scum that would help his team. And I think when you are super busy like that it’s almost easier to be scum because you can just make shit up instead of have to actually think. So I thought he’d feel an obligation to his team to help in some way rather than what he was doing here. While I was not paranoid of him this game, I did consider that my reasoning for the read wasn’t great since it was based on how I thought he wouldn’t behave as scum which is always dangerous.

if i'm being honest i saw ender opening the day with casing me and got annoyed because i'm sick of getting tunneled for nonsense in every game, worst part is that hes almost certainly town doing it given the claims. i just dont have the stamina to argue with people like that anymore.

i didn't like cape's posting at EOD - it felt posture-y in terms of how he seemed to setting up future votes with what he was saying

dunno feels increasingly probable that someone bussed barto - that's just kind of the feeling i get from how the game is going

furthermore, Syn's nk makes me think it was designed to frame me, and I see it much more as a Cape play smh. Throw in the fact most of the roster also thinks it's Cape, might as well listen to the good people. (I mean, they know how to do it, outside Visor and maybe Ladd)
