I'm in a middle of a very intresting campign, nearing and I can build a gaish house. Now, I don't want to ruin the whole campign, and taking the "easy". And I don't want to waste time and money training gaishes to test it... SO, is the AI more capable of handling gaishes? I know that before the patch, AI didn't even try killing them. Has that changed?
    Thanks in advance

Hoo boy does it ever!! I hav had geisha assassinated several times in one campaign until my own ninja caught the murdering SOB...as you can tell, I am still quite miffed. I only developed geisha as a counter to the AI's geisha which were chasing my daimyo every which way and me with no heirs...I had no choice but to eliminate his own geisha and try and pinpoint their province of origin. Of course, if I can take out a general or two along the way, all the better...

    Dwimmer,
    That's murdering SOB to you.

    Use the [] for bold

I agree with Dwims, the AI now uses Geisha more effectively. I only ever use them as a counter-strike, personal preference

yep..imagine my surprise when my previously invulnerable geishas started getting rubbed out!
as for my own use, I tend to use them less as a means of killing enemy Daiymos, but just to speed up the endgame by assassinating generals of slain daiymos that go ronin. a level 5 ronin is a bit of a pain, in my opinion, when all i really want to do is overrun the territory just to finish, as the designers intended.

Wouldn't that be a great feature if the game could keep track of who an enemy Ninja had killed? That way, when you finally caught them, it could say "Under questioning, the enemy Ninja revealed he was responsible for the deaths of... General X, Emissary Y, and Ninja Z.

Then you could get all mad and run around the room screaming "I FINALLY CAUGHT YOU, SCOURGE OF MY LANDS!"

    Or somethin'

On a similar point, you should be able to chop off an enemy emissary's head, too. "Accept, Decline, or Head-in-a-Basket."

    Not to worry guys...

Head on a plate was one of my requests for "Question Time 2". So you know the development team is going to implement it

If they don't the Black Ship is going to place an embargo

I've only built Geisha once, but when the first arrived, it was immediately attacked by ninja. Seems the AI was waiting for her!

Well Shaihulud what happened? I bet she cleaned his clock, unless that was one high honoured ninja.

Geishas, the deathstars of Shogun T/W. Or to correlate with a gaming issue, the Town Centers
