Default Atilla TW mods, Justinian and Anthemius

Anyone still playing Atilla TW? I know it's one of my favorites that I always go back to. Have recently been trying these two mods out to take the world there just a bit further in time on the Steam Workshop.

    Age of Anthemius:

This is just before the formal fall of Rome and a very interesting start to play. The Vandals and Goths have already got their large kingdoms, Western Rome is just Italy and it is a challenge to save them.

    Age of Justinian:

I've only played this a little but it's at the end of Emperor Justinian's reign and have so far only played as Britain. A good challenge to survive much less take back Britain.

Both mods do a great job on the maps and family trees etc.. quite historically accurate there. Justinian mod has a lot more work done so a lot of new units and textures to go with it. There's some slight changes to the buildings effects and what's available.
Would rate AoA perhaps as 7/10 and AoJ as 8.5/10 so far.

Four stage strategy from Yes, Minister:
Stage one we say nothing is going to happen.
Stage two, we say something may be about to happen, but we should do nothing about it.
Stage three, we say that maybe we should do something about it, but there's nothing we can do.
Stage four, we say maybe there was something we could have done, but it's too late now.

I played a bit more Attila at the end of last year, finished an Ebdani campaign and it was quite fun on the coasts / waterways.

As for mods, 1212 Mod was spectacular, I tried it a bit but realistically, some fatigue set it being a completely different game essentially.
Ja mata, TosaInu. You will forever be remembered.

Swords Made of Letters - 1938. The war is looming in France - and Alexandre Reythier does not have much time left to protect his country. A novel set before the war.

A Painted Shield of Honour - 1313. Templar Knights in France are in grave danger. Can they be saved?
