    Can anyone explane me: what the honor in the unit's stats means. is it just a parameter that shows how fast the unit gets his valor level?

    i think honour is the base morale of the unit before modifiers for general, flanking, etc. are added.

    i tot honor=valor. it's just that honor is in shogun but valor is in medieval.

    where are you seeing honor? Some stats (eg. totalwarassembly) list honour meaning morale bonus. In the crusader_units file, honour is the number of kills needed to increase valour, and morale is separate.
