Thread: About Kills to Level?

  1. #1

    Question

I examined many of the unit stats documents at the download section but i couldn't understand what the Kills to Level means. Many of Units have 1 or 2 Kills to Level Value. What does it mean? And is there any relation about the unit's Honour Value?

    Regards...

This Q has not been forgotten,
it's just waiting for the developer types to ponder and reply...

of course it may be, as is the case in some of the content of the startpos files, this feature was dropped during testing...

A test would be fairly easy to conduct.

All it would require is reading the log file after the battle.

Compare units with different kill ratings.
Also compare different starting valour units.

See if you can notice a difference with the speed which they gain valour.

ie have a set type of enemy with 2 valour in custom battle.
Have two different sorts of units attack them.

Look at the log file and see if one type of unit is gaining valour quicker then the other.

A more extreme way would be to mod the files to have two identical units except the kill value, then see what effect it has (remove all variables except the one you are studying).

If the kill value is having an effect you should notice one set of units gaining valour quicker then another.
