    There are set icons for number of posts you have. Untill you reach i believe 500 where you get to choose from a list they have.

    You can't1
    Well not until you post 500 posts.

    Pics also change as you post more, after about 10-15 i think it changes to the pic I have then after 100 it changes to a Knight and so on up till 500 when you can choose your own from a list.
