Hi i just thought it would be cool for added units to be included in the next patch that cums out,
so heres 5 units i would like to see added
    1. Scottish Pikemen (better moral than normal pikes)
    2. Scottish Militia (mutch better attack but 30 men only)
    3. French Knights (better version of fuedal knights but 100 florins more)
    4. Arbalast battery (big crossbow thingy?)(5 of these to make them more useful)
    5. Castle Archers (if a garrison has archers they r positioned on the walls)

anyway these r only ideas, if u have any units that u think would be better to include fell free to post but plz keep to a limit of 5 units.

I want to see more Polish units, including the left out Brotherhood of the Sword crusade unit.

I was going to suggest : The soccer hooligan ; then I remembered , the fanatic is already modeled

The Huscarl {NOT the current Viking unit} would be nice . I picture it similar to the Gallowglass but armed with a battle-ax {two handed} and better armoured with higher honour {they were elite royal guards} , perhaps closer to Varangians and available to Danes in the early period {and to be found in the Swedish and Norweigen rebel armies} .

some of these would be nice to see.. perhaps we could give some of our modding community the task of adding them?

or perhaps theyre willing to surprise us when the expansion set comes out

Not a new unit per-se , but updating those archers who had them to use composite bows {with the advantages over shortbows} and mabey upping the punch of longbows {they were more powerfull after all , they should hit harder to reflect this} .
Also , a sword armed Viking with a little better armour and honour called a Carl : this was the full-time warrior , as opposed to the part-timer which I feel the current Viking represents {if you feel that part-timers would have been more like Urban Militia , remember that traditional Norse society put more emphasis on every boy recieving some usefull fighting skills and those with the desire and tallent had far more opportunity to learn than in the Roman influenced societies where letting the average joe learn how to fight was considered a bad thing under most circumstances} .
The Carl would use a sword , as this was the first weapon of choice for a Norse warrior but it was expensive so only the best {who were paid the most} could readily afford them {The hand-ax of the Viking is a cheaper part-time warriors' weapon} .
The exception to this swords-are-best rule was in cases such as with the famous Huscarls of King Harold who used a great-ax that could apparantly cut through a shield , a burley man in armour and the neck of his house in one go on a good swing .
