    Question

Is there an easy way to tell which heirs have been paired? Pumping out fresh heirs in anticipation of the King's death seems like a worthy goal...

    Thx

Look at the heirs picture, if he has a ring on one side of it then hes been married.

Right clik on your heir. On the righ you'll see a crown designating that he's or royal descent and on the left, if he's married, there will be a ring. If not, then he's not married. You must arrange his marriage.

Pumping out heirs is entirely controlled by the AI and is somewhat historically related I believe.

A worthy goal indeed It has saved my empire from termination or bloody civil war more than once I think. It seems like the eldest heir usually gets wed first, which makes sense to me. I do not claim this to be a fact though, just what I've seen in my exp.

Thank you all for your timely replies

I never would have thought about right clicking the picture...I suppose I should have, though, as right clicking units gives battlefield choices.

Was this in the manual (and I missed it)?

    Thx

Yes, I saw this on re-review of the manual. I suppose it's time to read the manual yet-again... These sort of details were kind of easy to miss when I was scanning the manual for commands and tactics.

    Thanks again for your help

Re-reading the manual after you play the game a little is always an eye opening experience for me.

BTW, y2kBug, say hi to Jimmy Spencer if you see him. I hope he gets a ride soon.

Yep. He's not had a string of luck lately...hope that turns around for him 'cause he seems to be a pretty nice guy. [Of course, that's typical of NASCAR -- most of those guys are reasonable folks at heart.]
