does the Medieval work properly with WinME?? yesterday I changed Win98SE for WinME and now i`ve got a problem I can`t change the resolution in video panel - the maximum one is 800/600 pix in MAP and 640/480 in BATTLE. I don`t know what to do. I`ve reinstallated the game - without any result. I`ve changed the video drivers - the same.
    What now? Help me

It ís possible, since I play on it, having ME. I had the same problem, didn't recognise my card. What was it I did.. Reïnstall the game I think.. But you allready did that. Well, there's a host of medicin to be found in the aphotecary. Good Luck

I´ve also got ME, but I vaven´t got that problem, perhaps you shuld reinstall the video drivers and after that the game, so that it will find the drivers properly on first startup.

Greetings marcino. Welcome to the Entrance Hall.

Another possibility is a DirectX issue. Some reported problems until they installed the DirectX 8 that came with the game, though I don't recall screen resolution as being an issue in those cases. Also, post some system specs. That always helps the troubleshooters.

Yes Gregoshi, that was indeed it in my case. It wasn't that I had to reïnstall the game, just reïnstall Direct X from the CD. Problem was indeed that I couldn't select a graphic card (it wasn't recognised) and that I could only play at the lowest resolutions. After reïnstall this was fixed and I was euforic Thought I could handle all the problems in the world for at least 6 and a half minute

VICTORY At last I solved the problem - I`ve installated the latest video drivers 40.72 and now everything is allright. Thanks to all
