Membership Limitations

I became a member because I have a question for WesW on his Mod - Now, I discover that it is almost impossible to contact him in the Dungeon.
I do not know who established and organised the Org - however, your class system, waiting periods, and other limitations are not helping anybody and I can not see how they lead to a better organisation (see the forum in MTW.com which does not have any problems and handles things simler). I like the questions, comments and the people here, but must disagree with the maffia-like and sometimes childish comments by the organiser. Please answer one question - when can I post my question to WesW here?
