Excellewnt in h to h...excell with short range weapons. 1200 koku or abouts 8 turn to produce. Well worth it!

[Koga No Goshi]

I play on Normal difficulty, they're 800 koku and 4 turns to produce. Ranged weapons have VERY short range, but very effective. Very hard to kill. Do mega damage unless totally surrounded. But since there's only 12, when they do get in trouble they can be totally wiped out easily before you can use the drill dojo to recharge their strength.

They would have been a big help if you could have used them against the Mongols in SP and MP, but you can't.
