I am setting here with the Warlord Edition
in my hands ready to install, when it hits me
that I still have the original game on my hard drive. Can I leave it on and also install the new version so I have both versions? Is there any point to having both on my computer? Drive space is not an issue. I hope this question doesn't sound too lame

    Cheers

I understand that there have been some problems with using the original STW and installing the x-pack. I would suggest uninstalling the original STW and then installing the WE... although it owuld be more difficult if you wnated to make comparisions between how the two games play.
