Still haven't gotten a definitive answer on this one (I made an earlier post), and F1 isn't helping, because attack value applies to Melee.

No. (Atleast from what I have seen and what others have said)
Do you guys think that it should be the other way? If it works only for the hand2hand weapons, it still shows as an option for archers on the custom battle menu...
Maybe it can be modded? Should it be?
