Any comments?
Please note my distinction between the terms upgrade and semi-upgrade as employed in the following questions...I have regarded upgrading as the action of transforming, for instance, a castle to a citadel, whereas one could semi-upgrade it to include a ringwall and catapult towers.
Now, down to business:
After having semi-upgraded to fort, motte and bailey, do the effects of semi-upgrading a fort as such still apply after upgrading to a keep?
Or should one reserve these semi-upgrades until he/she has decided just how far to upgrade?
