possible \'glitch\' - please test

Playing mongol campaign, and i finally got the legendary swordsman event,
sheesh - keeping yari sams alive through that many battles took a bit of effort, and a couple of 'covered' withdrawals to preserve the unit...

Anyway, it finally happened, and the turn i was notified i spotted something weird,

If you have a province containing spear and archery dojo's, as well as an amoury and large castle you can build sword dojo's in those provinces that turn,
otherwise you have to wait for the very next turn,
whereupon you can build them anywhere with a large castle.

Now it's only a glitch, but if you don't have such a well developed province you may have to wait an extra turn to begin building the sword dojo's...

so, anyone want to confirm this?
My last saved game was ages and ages ago - i'm a slacker that way, sorry...

Yes, I have noticed this same thing, in all of the campaigns.. just something you have to live with I guess :-) Not a big hassle IMO anyway.
