Just what does the Create Battle Log Option do? The Instruction book isn't to clear on it. Can you remove Old Battle Logs?

Yes you can clear these out of the folder if you wish.
If you enable in the options it will auto-save these.......

You can download the battle log file reader from many of the sites available....I cannot remember exactly where from.....I believe the great MagyarKhan developed this.........

Put a post up to get the site address........

This progam enables you to look at past battles...either custom or on-line......

Battle log is a great way to examine the details of your past battles. Down to every soldier basis. For instance, which soldier in which unit killed how many enemies, stuff like that.

Now many people mentioned battle-log reader. Hmmm, I didn't try one. It seems to me that those battle logs are plain text files thus can be viewed by wordpad (textpad should do but sometimes the logs get really big). Maybe it's just me.

Yes, log files are in the "log files" folder. You might want to remove some for those files do take up a lot of memory.

The log files are plain text, but the reader sorts the information better and makes it easier to look for certain details.

    Anssi:

A sort of off-topic but somehow related question.

I know the general is marked in the log file. Now how about other unit leaders? Are they always the first soldier in their own unit?

I noticed how fast those No1 soldiers die in the units other than the general unit. (probably because we don't usually use the general unit as fodder, duh!) Make me kinda worried. Seems never a good idea to put one general under another's command.
