disappearing tranquil garden-shimazu

the tranquil garden has gone from the starting line up for Shimazu clan in the 1530 campaign for MI.
I'm pretty sure it disappeared from STW in an earlier patch, but does anyone know why?
Balancing ?
has anything else of this nature changed ?

I like using shimazu but I haven't noticed any missing gardens, they were there when I played.

You are right. And it is funny as you start with an Emissary, so where did he come from? I noticed that the other night as you only have one province with buildings in it to start as Shimazu and it definitely does not have that building.
Slight minor/glitch I would say.

you dont get the zen garden or emmisary with shimazu if you begin certain campaigns, depending on the timeline chosen.
as a side note, i was playing as shimazu during the campaign that starts off with arquebusiers (shimazu begins as christian) and found that invading mori's lands (zen in religion) gives whopping penalties to loyalty in newly conquered provinces. I suffered with a -52 loyalty in one of those provinces.
