It's not the cost I mind, It's how long they take to produce (4 seasons).
Maybe you don't like them JAG cause you only have large unit sizes and you only ever get 12 BN in a unit. With smaller units they're lethal and great fun to use.

i don't use them (prefer to upgrade existing structures) but i must admit, when i'm defending and i see small groups of guys in black pajamas running right up to me and disappearing, i say, "oh, god," because suddenly my front unit of archers (or statis defense, for that matter) isn't going to do so well.....
BN in H to H are vicious...need morale and numerical support though...better if trained with drill dojo...

Hee, hee. Yeah it's cool to feel that little chillwhen u see those little black buggers marching towards or flanking your lines. I sort of feel like that lunatic general in the Monty Python skit when he was trying to find MR.NEUTRON, the single most dangerous man in existence: "Right! surround everyone, with everything we've got!!"
