patrician

i have a problem with the patrician add on crashing.i have conquered most of europe and have come across a slight hitch.the problem appears after a battle has taken place and am asked how to dispose captives execute all,the ring leaders,or release all no matter what i select i just get kicked out of the game. can anyone please help as it is driving me mad.

What TW software are you running Patricians on? MTW? VI? With or without patch? Patricians is one of the older mods and wasn't kept up to date with VI so there may be incompatibility problems.
