I've played 4 campaigns and haven't seen them yet. Not even in the custom battle. Lithuanian cavalry too! I've also found out that Hospitaller Foot Knights aren't available in the campaign (or just mine perhaps). And even if you have all the buildings required, Gothic Foot nights can't be trained...

You misunderstand Vanya, Hospitaller foot Knights don't even appear during a Crusade. And you can train Gothic foot Knights if you have the right facilities.
