A couple of question about MI..
Do armour upgrades reduce the speed of ur units?
Does it also make them tire easier...
Or no effect apart from protection?

I have not noticed any change in stamina or speed due to armor upgrades. I have always assumed the armor is higher in quality not thicker and heavier.

Perhaps quality = bigger and heavier.

Armour costs more than honour/weapon upgrade.
Use it for missiles...
A hon2 armour 1 gun is capable of offering a good battle to an hon4 gun.

Upgrades are positively worth the money. More armor, greater chance of survival & gaining honor in battle. Better weapons, better kill ratio. If I'm not mistaken (I think it's calculated this way), a non-upgraded No Dachi unit has a plus 6 to attack, but a plus 9 with legendary weapons. Talk about shock troops! Give that same unit legendary armor and they're now an armor 1, or about as good as archers with a single armor upgrade, but that's a sight better than -2.
I agree. Upgrades can also make cheap ashigaru very dangerous. And besides, what else ya gonna do with all that koku?

I have never noticed that armor causes a unit to move slower. Don't think it has any affect but I've never really investigated it.
The one negative effect armor has is it makes a unit more susceptible to cold. They will tire fast in cold weather than unarmored units.

What should the order be to upgrade? Honor, Weapons, Armor, Morale?

By increasing honour you are increasing morale anyway.
The order depends on the situation or unit in question.
I would spend on honour on low-morale Yari Samurai...but I would spend on weapon on high-morale nodachi.
In missiles, I think the expensive armour should come first, especially archers.

Honor first always. I try to get a famous spear dojo up as soon as I can followed by a palace and a drill dojo. THEN I improve the weapons and armor (if any iron is around). This enables tougher, more reliable ashigaru who are the bedrock of my early game armies.
Tailoring upgrades for the special unit of your clan ASAP is always a good idea, too.

Speaking of MP here, I think.
