I don't think someone who has never played before should start at expert....they're game might be over very quick

Actually playing at expert versus normal etc

each mode creates an entirely new game

so in that sense its a really good game

for example normal mode is really armchair stuff
youc an take your time
spy here spy theere revolt here there civil war
inquisitor trial here and there
lots of things to roam about before cheesing your enemies off
