    I think you should be able to change your capital cities.
    Ex. The Egyptians capture Rome. They change their capital from Alexandria to Rome.

    I also think civilians should be added. You wouldn't control them, but they would go about their business, unless there's a battle near them. In that case, they'll run for their lives. Soldiers could kill civilians.

    Well, i think the only time you would see civilians would be battles wouldnt it?

    Actually, I think you can zoom in from the campaign map and watch cities develop.

    in one of the previews that I read (sorry I dont remember what one) it said that you can see the civilians going about thier business and even zoom down to a colleseium to watch the battles

    I read that also So, you've got your civilians alman

    Don't agree about the capital thing, but I really don't know how they gonna deal with capitals and stuff in RTW.
