How do I change the Music for Europe?

I want to change the music for European Countries, and was wondering if I have to just replace the Euro Strat files in the music folder. Do they have to be Wave files also?

Yes, they need to be replaced; same name and extension. Only WAVs can be used.

If you mean strategy map music, yes they'll have to be replaced, but battle map music can be edited for VI, see:
