    Was messing around in the default_heroes.txt & found that the date you enter is the date the general is "born" so he matures 16 years after that date

    I found this out also I figured it at 20 yrs, so my current Mod campaign starts in 1687 so I put the date for the GENERAL at 1666 so he will show up 1 yr. into my campaign, and it works fine.
