What kind of battles you have fought?

I'd just like to know what kind of battles you have fought lately..

My brave 800 men Viking army just chose to hold their ground against the vicious 8500 Saxon/Mercia alliance that came to take back the province in souther england. What a grave battle 'twas. I set my troops over the nearby hill and watched as my enemies came to me. Proudly I watched as my Huscarles and Landmenn charged down the slopes, and the wretched Mercian king fled after hard battle. I managed to capture him and the Mercian were dishearted. Much was still to do, before the remnants of my armies stood on the bloody battlefield and all my enemies were driven off or slain.
