I have viking in invasion, and i noticed in the instruction manual that if you use the viking faction, you have the unique ability to invade a province, pillage it, and then leave without taking it over. I'm not sure how that works in the game. So far, i've done alot of invading and conquering. how do i get raid to work?
You are only missing the last two steps: up the taxes to very high and then leave the province.
Just take the province, take the castle if the enemy retreated to it, raise the taxes and then leave.
