Had a similar problem. Turned out that some of the units had specified 'Orthodox' religion. If you leave that field blank, it takes care of problem. The other thing to look at is in the Setattributes section of the early.txt. Make sure that the region that the Novs control are set to pagan.Originally Posted by [b
