Some vices and virtues can stay and some disapear.
Some good examples are good runners although hard to get rid of it can be done by winning a few battles and the general not rout. When you strip a title for a bad vice it depends what he was doing if he is an outlaw he will quit robbing people so income will go back up along with happiness in territory. Vices like alcaholic or bad/poor steward will never go away. Once an alcaholic always an alchaholic same with poor steward if you cant manage and tend to the farms properly stripping his title won't make him a better farmer.
You have to look at the vice and see if it something he is doing at his own free will or if he is just plain dumb ignoprant or drunk all the time.
Basically an emmisary has about a 50 percent chance of ridding him of his bad habits maybe even less than 50. But a spy or assassin has close to 90 percent and if you think about it if someone mad an attempt on your life and you knew you were corrupt what are the chances you will be a good boy
