GA not scoring correctly

Well, it seems that my current game is plagued with all kinds of weird things.

I have noticed lately that i am not getting GA points for my conquests and i have about 25 such points.

As soon as the year to count up points comes up i get a nice full screen pic saying Good Job, You've defended your homelands and awards me X points. Which is fine. However, it robs me of the majority of my points from conquests (no i wasnt a warmongering maniac - most of the lands i got were thru bribery and defensive wars).

Is there a date after which conquests stop getting counted? cuz thats pretty much the only thihng i can come up with.

WEll, even with all the things that are going wrong with my current game (like my kings dying at 56) i still love my Empire. Currently fought a battle against 13000 mogols in Khazar (it was a victory but not a complete one). Oh well, i digress.

Plz tell me if you have similar problems with GA's not scoring. properly (i think they were supposed to fix it but i could be wrong)

I haven't done a GA campaign since VI came out but previously GA was broken for a number a factions. It's been an ongoing gripe about the game. Can anyone who's done a post-VI GA campaign enlighten us if it's been fixed?

One thing i forgot to mention is that i play v1.1 - I am not going to install VI till they patch it

Er, in v1.1 kings don't die at 56, they still die at random age. So I'm confused what version you're using right now.

In v1.1, there are problems with GA scoring indeed, but conquest points are usually only counted once. If you want more, you have to conquer more new provinces, you won't get points again for the ones you already conquered...
Anyway, in VI, GA scoring worked fine for me, and I've played about 10 GA campaings using different factions.
I suggest you upgrade to VI now, it can't be too long until the patch will be released, and you could try the Vikings Era in the meantime, it's quite interesting.
If you're lucky, your current campaign will load into VI, but it might also crash, so perhaps it's better you finish that one first.
