Mercia has a regional bonus which is supposed to give +1 valour to Cogs produced there. I've produced Cogs there and some of them start with 0 command and others start with 1 command ... but I don't see any Valour statistic. Do the regional bonuses for ships like in Mercia actually work? I have MTW 1.1
It does make me wonder if they get all those bonuses but it does seem to me when I play a muslim faction that the dhows that I train in Tunisia I believe it is, seem to do better against better ships so it at least seems they get that bonus but I don't know about morale bonuses if they get any

Thought the bonus for cogs was granted in Wessex ?
Never notice anything working with bonus for ships (caravel in Portugal or longboats in DK) ...
