GPMB, have you used units from the Patrician mod? If not could we see some battle pics please?
Also, didn't someone make chariots a while ago?( sorry if i've forgot you name) throw them in the mod as well because that would be wicked. I am really looking forward to seeing your mod

there will be 11 factions and 30 new units
9 celt factions 1 roman faction under juius cesar and a viking faction.
i do not have charriots in my mod but if some one would like to donate them that would be awsome.
i have used some of the patrition graphics and i have made
a few of my own.

The chariots in Rome: Total War are looking brilliant, especially when you see them in action. They were on Time Commanders the other night.
This mod, too, is looking very nice.Keep it up

GPMB, could you post me a picture of a Roman Archer? You only need the BIF for the Archer right? That means it will have to shoot, move and sword fighting. If that is everything you want then I will look into making an archer for you. Just provide me a good picture.

Heres an update of what im doing.
I made 3 new units and i just finished some sounds for the
mod. Everything is going well and i still should have it
done very soon.
-In reply to sliver knight - the mod will overwrite factions. also it will have 2 completly new factions not overwritten. i think i will make my second release with all un-overwritten factions.sorry for the inconvenice.

I estimate the mod should be about 20 megs. That means i
will have to split it up into 5 files or so. unless some
one who is extremly generous will host my mod on their website.that would be cool because i could make it an
install exe.

When you do get it done could you please make a non-install version also? I borrowed the game so I would rather personally install all the parts to the mod as I cannot re-install the game.
just make a copy of the mtw directory and put it in my docs or somewhere them copy and paste it over the modded directory

You can always make backup copies of your MTW folders. By the way, the game doesn't run without the CD, so you need them anyway.
