For MTW 1.1, I can't help, and fruitless searches through the Dungeon's old threads gives me the impression it's not possible.

10 months ago a lot of us where trying to do this for 1.0/1.1

The conclusion was they are hardcoded in an "unobvious" manner - eg: not simply rgb values.

Can't do it I'm afraid.
