NEED GRAPHICS HELP!!!

Am trying to convert/make a flag in BMP format to all the flag files in the game to make a new faction. I have the BIFreader22B and the CA_BIF_BUF utility. I am having trouble being able to import the BMP to the BIF with BIF reader. IF someone can give a good rundown that would be great. And YES I know there is a line that reads IMPORT ALL BMP that doesnt work all I get is a small corner of the image I want to import not the whole thing. WHAT TO DO??????

Second, I modified an info-pic and I followed the advice Solypist. I took the BMP image and converted it to TGA using ACDC and then used the CA_BIF_BUF utility to convert to a BIF---only that the CA_BIF_BUF utility leeches all the color out of the image and when I look at the BIF it is ALMOST all WHITE. I tried it another time and it became all black. ???????? ugh....

The problem is probably related to the fcat that ACDC doesnt understand that the 1st entry in a BIF colour palette is the transparency. Get that wrong and it all screws up.

If you still have problrms then I'll releasing a utility called MTTM_Batch in around a week or so, which will assist in the conversion of CAs STW/MTW file types.
