Nostradamus does sports, eh? The baseball Chicago Cubs won their first playoff series in about 60-70 years, so maybe the end is near. Perhaps Peter Jackson should release Return of the King right now before the world ends.

Sean had a spiritual link with someone 100 years in the future and he has been able to predict events like Sep 11, the war in Iraq and get this... he says the weapons of mass destruction are hidden in Syria and that the US will invade to find them. He also says that George W Bush is in danger when he attends a conference sometime this year (Dec) or early next year and that if he survies he will get a second term in office.
A nuclear war will break out between India and Pakistan which will engulf the whole of the middle east. (The wars of Religion) Jerusalem will be destroyed in a nuclear attack by lybia and then... all hell is let loose.
Another thing he said on the show was that an army of 200M chineese (the 3 knigs of the east) will invade the US.
And finnally the second coming will be a woman

Sounds like more pathetic predictions to me.
We were told by so many people (many quotes from nostradamus, and the texts of the great religions) that the world would end at the turn of the millennium, and of course we are still here.
Just look around any bookstore and you'll see a host of titles about, the end of the world in Year 2000 it never happened and that in itself should be enough to prove how useless this stuff is.

he claims that the world did end in 2000, but we are living on in a parallel timeline.
He also says that 2 different timelines exist, one which is 100 years ahead of ours, that is how he managed to travel 100 years in the future. Some sort of energy field will start up in November, which will change the economy in the world, and that will allow him to predict terrorist movements
That may be true, but you must agree that Nostradamus made some uncannily accurate predictions...

the most uncanny one ever was the prediction that the first anti-christ would be Napoleon Bonaparte, which nostradamus named.... the second anti-christ was Hister which you may think is supposed to be hitler but hister is the name of an area of the danube where hitler was born and the third anti-chirst a persian prince....
he claims that an energy field started a parallel timline or world so really the world did end in 2000....
You have to remember that Nostradomus did not predict anything. Translaters in successive decades have looked at the translated translations of a translated text to see if anything fits history. It is just like the code that is supposedly in the bible. If you know what you are looking for, chances are you will find it.

A parallel timeline? man those guys just can't accept being wrong can they?
In theory there should be an unlimited number of parallel timelines, because each choice we make gives birth to a new parallel timeline where the consequences of the path we didn't choose are played out...
So there must be a timeline somewhere that the USSR and the USA went head to head in Nuclear war, or one where the Allies lost WW2.
And as for Nostradamus, all of his stuff was written in code and no-one knows what the hell he said originally (convenient), and his stuff can be interpreted and re-interpreted to fit any historical event.
People see what they want to see and make the connections they want to make, whether there is any truth there or not.

I say the Matrix is to blame for that parallel world mumbo jumbo.
Chances for that are pretty low. If you believe in a deterministic universe - like I do - then from the same starting position exactly the same situation must come forth. This would mean all universes look exactly the same if the starting doesn`t differ. If these assumptions are false (determinism or same start) chaos theory predicts that the universes are very different.
So then you're lacking free will and everything you do was determent at big bang?
Well that's what I don't like with that teory.
And if you have unlimited numbers of timelines than you will have an unlimited number of different scenarios and an unlimited number of worlds that are exactly the same as the one right now

And in France it should be a strong royal line (Henrik V) right now that is going to end at around 2050 and soon after that the muslims will attack Europe and conquer most of it after many years of battles, but in the 23-century (stood the year but I don't remember), a relif foorce is coming from Scandinavia and with the last German resistance they will liberate Europe and conquer the Middle East.
If that's wrong than ofcourse it was a misinterpretion.

Someone in that book I red it from said that Nostradamus had predicted the future to 2700 and thats around 1200 years he predicted. I would have alot of rights if I predicted the next 1200 years in random order and used some names that have similarties to real names on important persons in the future.
We are all aware that the senses can be deceived, the eyes fooled. But how can we be sure our senses are not being deceived at any particular time, or even all the time? Might I just be a brain in a tank somewhere, tricked all my life into believing in the events of this world by some insane computer? And does my life gain or lose meaning based on my reaction to such solipsism?

Ok I just downloaded a PDF file of an article written by Sean David Morton, predicting events in 2001. It makes for funny reading.
He said that Feburary 2001 would see the death of the Pope. I can see the entire country of Italy Dressed in black
US warships would be sent against China over Taiwan and US soldiers would die because of China
Saddam Hussain would die of Cancer and his son 'Quizak' would take over (Errm Saddam didn't have a son called Quizak)
He also reckoned that Hilary Clinton would not be governor of New York (but he admitted he later had another prediction later on saying that she would win) Sounds like he saw which way the campaign was going and changed his mind
Oh yeah and no mention of anything like 9/11. (But Jerusalem will be nuked in 2006, and Iraq, Iran and Saudi Arabia would form a coalition against Israel after new leaders emerge in Saudi and Iran)
Aparrantly the next President will be a woman, and an economic catastrophe will see the splitting of the USA and the creation of an independent nation state.
