A little help here?

Hello everyone. I'm new to the Org and like most of you MTW vets' I've played the game forwards and backwards and now I'd like to try my hand at modding. I've never done this before and I think it would be neat to change the game so I could use ANY unit ANYTIME. Is that even possible? I've played around with the badger bunny cheat but there are still many units you cannot build. Anyways, any help you could give would be much apreciated.
