    1. kings die younger than they did in original, bug or feature?

    2. i sometimes dont get a mess when my king dies, just notice there's a new king all of a sudden.

    3. game is slower now, specially the screens before game actually starts.

    4. AI is still as dumb, not a bug, but I thought it WOULD be a new feature.

    and yeah i patched

    1. now the king die's at random
that means he could die at 20 or 100
    2. sorry, how got that yet.
3.don't know what ur taking about
4.actually the AI is pretty smart in my current english game. i own prussia, egyptian owns poland, russia own the contie next to prussia(forgot the name), and germans own the province from the east. so egyptians invaded prussia, got beat off. next turn germans and russia(both allies of egypt) at the same time invaded prussia, then next turn they both invaded poland, totally destroy my eastern army
that's the army i built for eastern warfare(lots of cavalry). most CKs, RKs, and some horse archers and couple unit of CFKs. the germans and russians totally crushed my army. so in 3 turns i lost over 3,000 quility soldiers

and the germans are beating me at sea, and disrupt my trade. i'm in real trouble
No poor bastard ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making other bastards dying for their country.

The draft is white people sending black people to fight yellow people to protect the country they stole from red people.

If all the kings are dying at 56, there is a patch to fix this.

I have played for two week-ends with the patch and I have had kings living up to 70. They die at a random age but I have'nt had a king dying before 52.

I would sayb the AI is better know. Of course you can always spot a few terrible (or desperate) strategic moves from the IA once in a while but it is ok on an average basis.

As for IA in battle, I do think it gets better depending on the level of the opposite commdander and that, in a sense, the IA will act stupid if needed (silly charge from uphill) play more smartly (embush, flanking, etc.) Of course they are sometimes bugs (saturday I had the Turkish heavy cavalry turning its back on my 8 units arbalester and ... stand there and... get killed ...) but once again it is not too bad on an average basis.
