    Hey, I'm a beginner modder, and i need some help. I was wondering if anyone could send me a easy to follow guide on how to mod Loc files, Textures and so forth,

    Also, I'm gonna ask some questions on units, shields and other such.

    I suggest you look around at the info available right here you can do a search for specific topics that will narrow things down some, look in the repository theres a wealth of modding info compiled there...LOS
