When I read your post Fairlight I had hoped that a solution was found in the difficulty that I share in understanding what unit can be built in which province. As the building are still there to be bought, and built, it is very costly to build them to only find that the expected unit is not available.

Quokka seems to offer a solution and if I could do the same, or know how to, I am sure it would help me also.
