The Prussian Mod was not done as a full mod only a small example that was requested by a JP, it was not meant to be a total mod teaching, if you look through the Loc files and do a search in each file for the faction/label you want to change. then do your edits 1 by 1 and check the result, this is a good way to learn what changes what, info in the labels [ ] cannot be changed you have to edit the content in { } only , unless you are adding new info/labels...LOS
