Thanks, It was a long "march" across the game board map - I did not expect to make to the end either...

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Daimyo live that long, but apparently it depends on which clan you are in the game. The Shimazu seems to have some perks longevity wise, but I wonder if all of this is simply luck or even keeping the last few battles nice and calm.
I do not think the longevity is limited to the Shimazu clan, but they may get a better shot at it than the others... BTW the last few battles were far from "nice and calm", but I did keep my Daimyo out of them altogeather if I could, or if not, out of the action at least ( barring pursuits ) !
