    Hey guys,

found a cheap copy of Shogun on the weekend in a second hand store (still wating to find MI cause I don't know if WE was released in OZ) but was hoping to get some ideas as to what mods/upgrades I should get.

Also, played a quick historical battle and there were some wierd symols in place of where MTW has fatigue bars - I assume they represent fatigue and manual mentions something about ying/yang symbols but still had no idea what they meant - can anybody help out.

Still, i'm looking forward to playing a few campaigns as MTW has sat in my hard driver for close to twelve months and should be fun to see where it all started.

    Thanks

The Yin-Yang symbols indeed represent fatigue. It is not as obvious as in MTW, but in STW, more information needed to be crammed in the unit banner (the also needed to place the symbol of the battlefield unit-flag). I don't know why they chose Yin-Yang. Presumbly because it represent (bodily) harmony.

As for patches: you will need STW patch 1.12.
WE/MI-patches use a different numbering. There you will need patch 1.02 for these. (Patch 1.03 is optional, see the sword dojo, and requires a statswapper).
