Vikings

The Vikings are hideously powerful. (I've been avoiding playing as them because I'm contrary - can't possibly use the Vikings in Viking Invasion&#33
Carls, Landsmenn, Huscarles, Joms, Berskerkers - they wade through anything and everything.
On that note - Landsmenn have pretty similar attributes to Huscarles... but are cheaper. Plus they still cane almost everything they come up against.
Have just fought several battles against the AI - just tell each unit to pick an enemy one and charge. A few minutes later, there are a whole load of dead bodies. And some mad Nordic types cheering away.

I almost finsh my game with Saxons.... my king couldn't give me a heir.
For revenge, I started all over again with the Vikings
