Well I have signed the global (to secure my name) and that worked pretty well I must say!
I don't think it matters much wether u sign the local or global.
James are u plannng to participate in the campaign, and if yes shall we make up 2/3 of a clan???

Indeed Jaguara but that was my main aim. It is hard for some clans, and easier for others.
