Quick Question (I hope)

I was wonderng if it's possible to add Heros/Names to the VC. I've done it with the standard campaign where you-1\ add the forenames/surnames, stats etc. to the DEFAULT_HERO file under the appropriate faction and then-2\Add the new names to the LOC/ENG/Changes file.

The first part is easy enough-just do the same with the VIKING_HERO file but there's no specific "Changes" file for the VC. Can a VC faction Hero be added to the "changes" file anyway?-ie, FN_IRISH- New name. I noticed that when I forgot to add a new name to this file for the standard campaign I lost ALL names for all factions.

The Irish could use a good hero with all of those heavily armed 6 star Viking madmen running around..."Finn the Indignant" or something.

Any help would be appreciated.

Greetings Cid,You should have no troubles adding new heroes to the VC portion of MTW VI as you did with the Heroes default file you can also with Viking heroes files, you can add your new hero name to names txt only under the Heroes names heading, no need to add it to changes file.

As it states Names OR changes, and the changes file in Loc is for VC as well,
I would try and add your Hero name to Names txt under the
// Hero forenames
// Hero Surnames
Headings, I have added mine this way, although they were not for VC, I dont think it should matter,
