Higher morale for the AI and a florin bonus, and you only start with 4k you self, i cant answer you if its more agressive cause ive always been playing expert so im not sure how the AI acts on the others options.

I believe the AI cheats a little with more money and higher value troop types in rebellions etc I know i read that somewhere on the org.
