how the hell did that happen(poop,ill have to write it again!)

when you go into battle with more than 16 units(what i mean is if you move more than 16 units onto an enemy province.)and lose a certain amount of them (unknown to me)reenforcements come but unfortunately you cannot make them come automatically.
