They both mean the same really, happiness will be seen in some of your generals vices ie unhinged loon -30 happiness(means -30 loyalty in said province). So a province with 200% loyalty is a province with 200% happiness
Not necessarily. I've had 200% Happiness and 175% loyalty.

As I recall, happiness affects the florin output of the province. Happy people are happy workers who produce more. Loyalty affects the likelihood of the people rebelling. It is possible to hate the king but like the prosperity he brings and visa-versa.

Thanks - I appreciate the assistance. Queen Lauralanthalasa Solostaran (glad I don't have to spell this often), you said you had 200% Happiness and 175% loyalty. Where did you see the 200% Happiness stated? I have only seen province loyalty stated. Is there a magic button I need to push that is not obvious to us older types?
